Myrtle Lee Robison Leaves Money for Hugo Cemetery -
In her will, Myrtle Lee Robison of Hugo, who passed away in December two years ago, left a sizable amount of money to the Springs Chapel Cemetery Association, Inc.
Through probate, the will was proven genuine and valid and Springs Chapel was announced as beneficiary of Miss Robison's estate.
In her will she stipulated that the Association is to have interest only derived from the monies and it is to be used for maintenance and upkeep of Springs Chapel Cemetery.
Members of the cemetery association said Miss Robison's generous contribution will help maintain the cemetery for at least six months a year, indefinitely.
Association members say they will erect a special sign in her memory as soon as possible.
Members of the board are: Henry Montgomery, president; Ronald Springs, vice-president; Mary Smith, treasurer; and board members, Vernon Aulger, Haskell Caldwell, Thomas Self and Mrs. Henry Montgomery.
